Queen Has Been Gifted A New Corgi Puppy For Her Official Birthday

The Queen is 'delighted' having been gifted a new corgi puppy by Prince Andrew to mark her official birthday, reports suggest today. 
The monarch, 95, was given two new dogs by her son in February to keep her company in Windsor while the Duke of Edinburgh was recovering from heart surgery.
However she was left 'devastated' last month when her new Dorgi puppy, Fergus, died of a heart problem which it had from birth. 
Now, Prince Andrew, 61, and his daughters Beatrice, 32, and Eugenie, 31, have bought Her Majesty another six-week-old male pup.
The Queen is 'delighted' after she was gifted a new corgi puppy by Prince Andrew to mark her official birthday after her Dorgi puppy died last month.

The unnamed puppy was gifted to her on Thursday, on what would have been her late husband Prince Philip's 100th birthday.
Speaking to , a Windsor Castle source said: 'The Queen has had a rough time and she is absolutely delighted to have a new corgi.

Fergus, a Dorgi, was 'bought by ' along with a corgi, Muick, to help his mother cope in Windsor while the Duke of Edinburgh was recovering from heart surgery.  
The monarch, 95, was left 'devastated' when five-month-old puppy, Fergus, died in May of a heart problem which it had from birth.

The puppy was only around five months old when it passed away of a heart problem several weeks ago, leaving Her Majesty 'devastated', sources said.
It came less than two months after the Queen said goodbye to her 'strength and stay' and Britain's longest-serving consort Prince Philip in St George's Chapel. 
The day before Prince Philip's funeral, the Queen drove her two new puppies from Windsor Castle towards Frogmore Gardens for a walk. 
The Queen named the dorgi - a Dachshund and a Welsh Corgi mix - Fergus, after her maternal uncle Fergus Bowes-Lyon, who died in  during World War I.
