We manufacture many sorts of brushes used in wooden processing. These brushes are used to process hardwood, softwood, plywood, particle board, lumber, chips, paper, furniture, pulp and other forest products. Fill materials generally used in wood processing are wire, pure bristles, and vegetable fibers. We also supply a wide range of synthetics, including nylon impregnated with abrasive silicon carbide.

1. Mattress mills

2. Turret mills

3. Mill-drills

Mattress mills are among the cheapest and have their limits. If a bed mill meets your needs and expectations then any restrictions don’t apply. Turret mills are superior to mattress mills and infrequently found on smaller machines. The mill-drills are the most suitable for home use and pastime degree. They’re smaller, lighter, and extra affordable than most other sorts.

Milling is the technique of using a rotating cutteing instrument to take away material from a workpiece. The workpiece is positioned and secured on the desk of the machine. The desk is moved either by hand, with traverse and feed handles, or by CNC. Typically the table rises to meet the reducing software or the reducing device is lowered into the workpiece. Utilizing the traverse and feed handles, the desk can move forward, backward, left, and proper whereas the reducing device removes materials. The operator is able to be very precice using measurements on the handles and/or desk.
