The 96859 Covenant Banshee set is a Mega Bloks Halo set released in 2011. The set contains a Type-26 Ground Support Aircraft, the Banshee, along with a minifigure of a Crimson Covenant Elite Pilot in flight harness with a plasma pistol. This set contains 97 pieces.
Description
The Covenant Banshee set contains a Type-26 Ground Support Aircraft which is also known as the Banshee. It is the standard ground assault unit in the Covenant military, capable of reaching speeds of over 100 Km/H. As it screeches across alien skies, the highly agile and acrobatic Banshee is armed with twin plasma cannons and fuel rod cannon aimed to wreck havoc on UNSC ground forces. The familiar howl of an approaching Banshee can send even the most courageous UNSC forces scrambling for cover. The set includes the dreaded Banshee aerial assault craft, with its maneuverable navigation and devastating energy cannons as well as a working cockpit and a Covenant Elite Pilot figurine with Carbine.
